ONLY IF YOU BUY SOMETHING FROM US, OF COURSE. IF YOU DON'T BUY ANYTHING THEN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT REALLY APPLICABLE.

2. SOMETIMES WE ATTACH SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO A SEPARATE PRODUCT. IN THAT CASE THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED ON THIS PAGE ARE STILL APPLICABLE AS WELL. SHOULD THERE BE A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR A CERTAIN PRODUCT, THEN WE LEAVE IT UP TO YOU TO DECIDE WHICH TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE MORE BENEFICIAL FOR YOU.

WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET. WE MAKE PERFECTLY CLEAR WHAT PRODUCTS WE SELL, WHAT THEY COST, HOW THEY CAN BE DELIVERED AND HOW YOU CAN RETURN THEM IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED. 

 

ARTICLE 5: THE AGREEMENT

1. IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT, YOU CAN RETURN IT TO US UNTIL UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER IT WAS DELIVERED TO YOUR HOME. WE WILL SEND YOU A VOUCHER OR ALTERNATIVELY REFUND THE PAYMENT WITHIN 10 DAYS. 

2. THERE IS NO NEED TO STATE A REASON FOR RETURNING AN ITEM.

3. DURING SALES PERIOD RETURNS ARE POSSIBLE, AND WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY.

 

ARTICLE 7: EXEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THAT (GIFT) VOUCHERS OR ITEMS BOUGHT DURING SALES PERIOD OR DURING SPECIAL PROMOTION PERIODS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

2. ALL MENTIONED PRIZES ARE INCLUSIVE OF VAT AND ALL STATUTORY CONTRIBUTIONS.

3. SHIPMENT IS ALWAYS FREE. 

 

ARTICLE 9: COMPLIANCE AND WARRANTY

1. PLEASE REFER TO ARTICLE 4. 

2. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE A HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT, FULL STOP. IN CASE OF ANY PROBLEMS WE WILL DO ALL WE CAN TO SOLVE THEM FOR YOU. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ALWAYS OPERATE IN ACCORDANCE TO THE LAW.

 

ARTICLE 10: DELIVERY AND IMPLEMENTATION

1. WE ARE DOING OUR UTMOST TO DELIVER EACH PRODUCT WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS IN BELGIUM AND 7 WORKING DAYS OUTSIDE OF BELGIUM AFTER YOUR PAYMENT. HOWEVER, IF THE DELIVERY TAKES A BIT LONGER THAN EXPECTED OR IF WE FAIL TO DELIVER EVERYTHING ON TIME, YOU WILL HEAR FROM US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IN THAT CASE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE. WE WILL REFUND YOUR PAYMENT WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS IF YOU HAVE PAID UPFRONT. 

2. YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT THAT YOU HAVE ORDERED. 

3. WE TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY IF A PRODUCT GETS DAMAGED OR LOST BEFORE IT IS DELIVERED TO YOU OR A RECIPIENT THAT HAS BEEN APPOINTED BY YOU.

 

ARTICLE 11: PAYMENT

1. IF YOU WISH TO PAY A CERTAIN AMOUNT IN ADVANCE, THEN WE WILL PROCESS YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS WE HAVE RECEIVED IT.

2. IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS? PLEASE LET US KNOW! 

 

ARTICLE 12: COMPLAINT POLICY

1. PLEASE NOTIFY US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OF ANY COMPLAINTS FROM YOUR SIDE. WE WOULD ADVISE YOU TO FORMULATE THE PROBLEM AS CLEARLY AS YOU CAN IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO HELP YOU PROPERLY.

2. WE WILL REPLY WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS AFTER WE HEAR FROM YOUR COMPLAINT. WE WILL HELP YOU DIRECTLY, IF POSSIBLE. ALTERNATIVELY WE WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW MUCH TIME WE NEED TO SORT OUT THE ISSUE.

 

ARTICLE 13: ADDITIONS OR REVIATIONS

YOU HAVE REACHED THE END OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ANY FUTURE MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE PUBLISHED ON OUR WEBSITE.
